Why are you passionate about the Fitness Industry?

Hi, my name is Emily Faith and I am the founder of PRFM Personal Training & Online Coaching.

I have been helping women unlock their most confident and fittest version of themselves since 2019. Having helped hundreds of women build their dream body, start their running journey from 300m up to competing in their first 10km race, to unpacking self doubt and rebuilding a more positive and confident mindset.

I am a hybrid girl at heart, having completed multiple half marathon distances and love a sweaty strength and conditioning session. My next big event is a 50km Ultra Trail Run in 2025. I recently embarked on a journey to learn motocross this year and have never looked back, to put it simply… I believe in constantly stepping out of our comfort zone in order to become more confident.

I believe in practising what I preach and in being the proof of what is truly capable within us when we choose to believe in ourselves. I have built a tailored coaching system that integrates training, mindfulness, habit setting, lifestyle and nutrition support. I specialise in Female Glute Growth and Transformations as well as Running Coaching for beginners. All my PT clients receive 2 x 30 minute face to face sessions with me per week plus access to my training app and online community of motivated gals that have built the confidence to go after their goals. You’ll be supported, you’ll be guided and you’ll get results that last long term. You can train with me 1:1 at Strand Fitness Central and in a Small Group of up to 4 gals too. This is the space you need to be in if you are serious about stepping into your most confident, fittest and healthiest version of yourself. You deserve to feel good.
