We speed it up for our gym bunnies and slow it down to feel the stretch all in one class. Focus is on alignment while building strength, stamina and flexibility throughout! Suitable for the beginner and advanced students alike these classes are an inspiring as they are relaxing! You will work every muscle along the way. Be prepared to explore and remember to leave your uprightness with your shoes when you take them off.
